• Price

  The price listed on the ZezoMall platform is the price received from the store, but the final price charged may be different at the time of delivery.  

• Delivery charge

  ZezoMall charges a delivery fee in addition to a platform fee. 

• Train food delivery

• All orders will be delivered within 10 mins

  ZezoMall does not guarantee delivery for train food orders. If a train is delayed, ZezoMall will not refund the order and will not honor the Gold on-time guarantee. ZezoMall also charges a station convenience fee for train food deliveries.  

• Merchant liability

  ZezoMall is not liable for claims from customers if a merchant delays handing over an order to the delivery person.  

• Customer responsibility
