• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or within the app. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

4. Delivery

• Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time provided at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refund Policy: Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on refunds and cancellations.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 10min after placing it. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
• Refund will be credited within 2 hours in your original payment method

• Shipping policy :All orders will be delivered within 10 mins 

• Return policy :No Return accepted , once order confirmed

6. User Conduct

• License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.

• Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZezoMall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rameswaram Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
